കണ്‍സ്ട്രക്ഷൻ വർക്കേർസ് സൂപ്പർവൈസേർസ് അസോസിയേഷൻ മേസ്തിരിമാരുടെ ഉന്നമനത്തിനും സാംസ്‌കാരിക പുരോഗതിക്കും വേണ്ടി ഉണ്ടായ സംഘടനയാണ്. മേസ്തിരിമാരെ ഉപദേശിക്കാനോ സംഘടിപ്പിക്കാനോ ആരുമില്ലാത്ത ഒരവസ്ഥയാണ് അതുവരെ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നത്. അവശരായ മേസ്തിരിമാരെ സഹായിക്കാനുള്ള സന്മനസ്സും അതുവരെ മേസ്തിരിമാരുടെ ഇടയിലുണ്ടായിരുന്നില്ല. അതിൽ നിന്നെല്ലാം ഒരു മാറ്റം ഉണ്ടാവണമെന്ന ചിന്തയോടുകൂടിയാണ് ഈ സംഘടനയുടെ രൂപീകരണം. മറ്റെല്ലാ വിഭാഗങ്ങൾക്കും അവരുടെതായ സംഘടനകളുണ്ട്. എന്തുകൊണ്ട് നമുക്കും ഒരു സംഘടന രൂപികരിച്ചുകൂടാ എന്ന ചിന്താഗതി മേസ്തിരിമാരുടെ ഇടയിൽ വളർന്നതോടുകൂടി കണ്‍സ്ട്രക്ഷൻ വർക്കേർസ് സൂപ്പർവൈസേർസ് അസോസിയേഷൻ എന്ന സംഘടനയുടെ രൂപീകരണം യാഥാർത്ഥ്യമായി.
